Description

Consumable artifact of magicians. Use it on yourself, fight monsters and enemies of the Empire to get {ITEM 25351, Death Essence} for killing them.
If you kill enemies below your level, the probability of getting the essence will be significantly reduced. Also, under the Eye, every 2 rounds you take damage equivalent to 14% of your base damage.
The artifact's effect also applies to the summoned Dragon.
The artifact lasts for 1 hour.
