Relentless Gladiator Set

I purchased the set for 10 Gold.... it said I purchased the set and I clicked finish. The set is not in my inventory and it is not equipped.. I have refreshed... logged out and back in and still nothing. Please Help.

Hideki.... It was November 27th or 28th... around 10pm-midnight MST. USA. I bought it from the armor merchant.
