i just bought all the stuff to make the helm of the relentless gladiator and it said eror and deleted all of it and i lost around 1g....

Warrior Barron23, blacksmithing is a profession, it can be accessed by clicking on professions icon (most right icon in the middle of screen with text "beta" on it) and choosing blacksmithing tab. If you are asking about the quest character, I answered you here -
