I'm killing lvl 20 enemies (I'm lvl 19) and it's giving me the reduced loot penalty for fighting an enemy that is lower leveled than me. I am in fact 1 lvl lower than the enemy so I think there is a bug of some sort. I have a print screen of the situation if needed. Thanks
