Could you please specify which Mount are you trying to equip your collar and exact name of collar too if possible so i would be able to get this fixed as soon as possible.

It works now IHit thanks. sorry I didnt reply sooner I kinda forgot to come back on here to let you know it was working.

The mount was the Yellow Aerilisk (blue mount)
The collar was the appropriate collar for this mount (blue)

As i sent you through in-game message , you were most likely getting error due to being level 41 at time you wanted to equip collar. Blue collar has level 42 requirement for you to be able to equip as now you meet the criteria you don't get any error. Closing the thread as issue is resolved.
