Tasks on the 7 Bridges of Shadan Tasks in the Arena of Honor

I am unable to recieve these tasks from Master Davain ir Legate Valtar. The text box disappears completely when trying to accept the tasks from either of these 2 characters and I recieve no new quests.

It works wooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooo its working. Well it looks so far like its working properly now , I have managed to get quests from both Master Davian and Legate Valtar. Many thanks to whoever fixed the problem , thank you thank you thank you :)
