I have a Golden Eagle Boots i can't place in Auction House

I got a Golden Eagle Boots I can't place in the Auction House (it's marked "item cannot be trasferred") yet I see 2 in the AH with the same name.

that is because you got those boots in the scrag caves. Any armor or accessories you get in the scrag caves cannot be traded. The ones in the Auction House were random drops from normal mobs in game. Items you can get from caves that are transferable are relics and marks.

As mentioned by Surturs Fire items you get from Caves are non-transferable.
