Denied entry to DoT final battle

On this duel of Truth. when I went to enter the battle I got the you can not take part in this battle Message. I refreshed multiple time logged out loged back in more then once but I still was not allowed to enter the battle. I wasted a cherry pie to give me a boost in the fight. even with out it I would have easily met the requirements for the Quest. I wand the quest rewards credited to me. This is not the first time this has happened to me. first time it happened was my first DoT in the 22-28 grouping. And I a,m still a long way off from level 29 there is no reasonable explanation to me having been denied entry either time.

Is it possible that someone else from your household is playing DE and enters Duel before you?

Is there any specific error you get once you try to join Duel of Truth? Also as restarting browser didn't help please try clearing Browser and Flash cache if you ever experience same issue. You can clear the cache by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+Del" , then refreshing the game.

For flash cache: внешняя ссылка , find Dragoneternity in list and press delete website or press 'delete all' will clear your flash cache. Restart your browser afterwards and try joining Duel once again.
