Missing items

My II belt shows a weight of 94/105, but only 1 item is visible (1 flawless elixir of endurance). I suspect the non-visible items are glyphs of health, but I cannot access or remove them. I would appreciate a correction in due course....Thank you

Have you tried updating your Adobe Flash , clearing cache and trying different browser? If you still have the same issues after trying these steps please let me know.

The quick fix to this is to remove what you can see from your belt, then switch between belt one and two, it should force the others to show up. then remove those, until your belt is empty and then restock as normal. Irritating but usually works.

Yes I clean my cookies (including flash and DNS files every couple of days and flash player is up to date.
