My Phial "Breath of Dragon" doesn't improve my stats i need it to. im lvl 11

Hello Anoklumos,
I've just tested the Phial and it is correctly increasing stats as mentioned in it's description. Upon use during single combat it will increase your stats for 200 rounds. Once combat is over the phial expires too.
