Possible bug with Passage to the Colleseum Quest

Here is a screenshot of the quest uncompleted and the trident I won doing the 'Light Blood' Battle. It did not give me the quest completed option when I had all pieces so I used them to make the pass to the contest. Still nothing, so I did the contest in case I needed to do that. Still not completed!

As mentioned through in-game messages you have to have collection ready and not used up in Light of Blood battle to turn in this quest.
