BUG - Clan Manifesto!
So i went to Square of Storms to check where i can buy a Certificate of Support, so i can instruct a few players that were asking me about it. As i clicked on the name of Lar-Dian, in my chat window 2 transactions popped in.
01:34 Heaven's Voice: Received: Certificate of Support (1 pcs). Removed: 2g
01:34 Heaven's Voice: Received: Clan Manifesto (1 pcs). Removed: 15g
I don't need any of those 2 items, yet i have them in my backpack now And I am 17gold short. And i didn't do Anything aside from clicking that Lar-Dian's name!!
I will upload a screenshot in my gallery of the transaction as i was instructed by Esta Kinya.
I hope this won't be an issue and you guys can fix it. I have no intention of starting a new clan and no intention of supporting any new clans. Thus I do Not want to buy any Certificate's or Manifesto's. All i did was i clicked on the Lar-Dian's name!!

As far as I've checked both logs and Lar-Dian functionality everything seems to be working correctly and you must have clicked on both of Dialogue options offered by Lar. Also logs show that Manifesto and Certificate of support were bought in different time frames and would it have been bug like you said you received them by just clicking on Lar-Dian, it would show that you received them in same exact time however difference is more than half a minute between purchase of Certificate and Manifesto.
I came to Square of Storms primarily for the reason to switch my protector quest with Allur Rag-Veta. I was supposed to be killing 13x Giant Swamp Wargs or something like that, and i wanted for it to give me the one for the Leaders of The Sinra [33]
So i kept abandoning the quest and re-taking it for like 10 times or maybe more, not sure, until it gave me the Leaders of The Sinra [33]. At that time, with every time i re-took the quest i was experiencing LAG spikes, but i kept doing it till i got what i needed.
Right after i got that quest sorted out, i remembered that few people were asking me bout where and how to get Certificates of support, so i thought to check it out.
Pointed at the Lar-Dian's name, clicked on it..Nothing opened, nothing happened as far as I've noticed at that moment. So i thought as it seemed that i was still getting LAG spikes.
Clicked at his name again and again, 3 or 4 times in total till the Dialogue box opened. When it opened, i pointed my mouse over the Dialogue box but i didn't click anything, i was just reading it.
When i turned my sight on to the chat box, i saw the transactions notifications by the Heaven's Voice.
Respectfully, i did not try to buy any of those two items. I did not have the need to buy any of those two items. At any point i did not click to purchase those two items by my willing.
I've never had a major problem with this game, and if I've had issues of any kind I usually just take it as it is and move on. I've never asked for any help regarding gameplay issues, simply because i understand that there is no software, and no game (especially web-based games) that are completely flawless and perfect.
