Everytime I enter a battle, the left and right participant boxes will not load. They remain with a red circle the entire time. I have gone through the entire page of technical facts checking and updating the following items: cleared cache, updated flash, tried adjusting the game settings, tested my internet speed (44 Mbps down and 5Mbps up), refreshed the browser, logged out and back in, updated windows, restarted the computer and have asked the guardians for help. Can you please help me? I have a screen shot if necessary. Thanks.
