mining palar not working

i was mining at the left bank and my palar is not not adding extra amount or giving extra mastery. I know for sure i even started mining 4 after i used my palar and still nothing extra when i collected. can i pls have the extra amount of resources and mastery that i paid for.

As far as i see you've been gathering resources at increased rate, about increased mastery gain you are getting only plus one to mastery for each resource gathering while under effects of palar?

There is a previous post in which I reported this. Although i did get the extra resources, it was the mastery that remained the same.
