Necromancer Orb

Just used an expensive Necromance Orb and struck down a Pally in 7b and receive nothing. Come on guys, i've been stuck with lvl 20 skellies forever. I'm not sure if this is a system bug because ever since the system maintenance things are getting wacky.

As already mentioned by Podeth neither of them (Death Essence/Collection drops) are 100% guaranteed chance.

i'll take death ess or whatever, an orb or spark even. If it does nothing at all that means it's a lemon and i want my money back from that necromancer/programmer that made them.">
