My map says I can install 10 traps - but for some reason I can put up only 9!

Similar to how farmer shows that you are available to plant in 25 different spots - it is maximum available spots for gathering resources not regarding whether you can use them or not.

:( when my friend got 1000 rep,it showed that they can use 15 stops instead of 10. Doesnt that mean that when my reputation is less than 1000 I should be able to use 10 different spots?
