i bought 500 reals this weekend i got on to check if they were there they werent so i checked the thing and says payment wall blocked it but i kno it is a valid card and had the money on it and now it wont let me buy any more reals

Go into where you buy reals, click "my account", there's a dropdown menu that appears, click "missing reals?" and you can view there what's going on. If you click "start an enquiry" then you can see what it says and send a reply with details etc. They may ask you to send proof of ID, it's happened to many people that buy a lot of reals.
