I've just tried uploading several different formats (.png , .jpg) and they uploaded just fine. Try clearing your browser cache and see if it helps. If you still cant upload the screenshots for contest please reply with brief details of image - format , size. Thank you!

thanks for the response i did what u suggested and nothing it won't even load regular photos that i have taken when i first created my profile this same thing happened. there is no action at all when i hit the upload button its just dead. i went to facebook and several other accounts and can upload pics through there fine only on here will it not work i believe there is a glictch or something on my profile.

What browser are you using? Also have tried if upload button works in a different browser Chrome/Mozilla for example? And does 'upload' button light up when you mouse over it?

mozzilla firefox yes it lights up but when i click no movement of the upload button and no little circle appears no error messages or any unable to upload message

something must be messed up with my profile cause i can't even look at comments on postings with out first making a comment of my own everytime

On a similar note, the buttons "save" and "delete photo" after you've uploaded a photo (the save button used to save a signature on the pic) don't work either. I believe this to be associated, since the buttons light up but nothing at all happens when you click them.
