i'm at lvl 44 and just killed a Sinra Hangman[45] lvl 45 for my Experienced Protector Quest. But loot message indicates incorrectly as follows:
Heaven's Voice: You received 442. Loot has been reduced, as your enemy was a lower level than you.
Not sure if this is also part of the cause that recently loot drops has been terrible from elite fights and protector quests">
