All of a sudden i have stopped receiving insignias, about 5 or 6 fights i think and not a single one

also the quest seems to have disappeared and the increased drop rate no longer working

the quest seems to be tempermental, every time event starts i get a few insignias then after a few fights it just stops quest disappears
