Unberable Burthen Light Hex scroll glitch

I bought 3 from Dakh-Fartul's shop and used them all, I came back to buy some more but I can't, it brings up "Oops, there's a bug" message and no silver is spent, and no scroll is received. Please fix.

Hello Marcus the Wise,

Scrolls both from Magic Store and Shaman in Fort Giard are sold in limited quantities you will have to 24 hours before you can buy more.
