Simply ask someone to create the the weapon for you easiest way would be joining any clan and transferring materials through clan chest so they could help you out.

Thanks Ihit. I could ask Midnite but Reals don't transfer and any clan wants active members but I'm not so active. The recipe is some silver and clans are gold with monthly. Please can you take the ingredients and Reals and enter the Axe like the Tooth Fairy?

I did it! lol I gave my alt the ingredients and 9.5 gold. I couldn't before but this time the internet let me and I paid almost 2 gold in tax "> but I finally have it!
