Allegiance change & HoP

I'm having a problem with Hours of Prosperity. I switched allegiance and it took the game a few days to realise I had done so. I was Vaalor and had to get HoP quest from Square of storms AFTER I'd switched to Sadar. The game has now sorted it out insofar that I can see the quest in Scarlet Square BUT Gal Karion has been telling me for the past 3 days that I have to wait. The quest doesn't appear in my recurring quest log where it used to reside. I have cleared my cookies and cache but the problem still persists. Please help! I'm getting poorer and poorer by the minute as I relied on HoP for an income.

So you cannot get Hours of Prosperity at all now that you've changed faction?

Ihit,

That's not entirely correct, I got it once but I had to go to Square of Storms to get it. The quest now appears when I talk to Gal Karion in Scarlet Square but he keeps telling me to wait.... I've been waiting 4 days now.

The question was is it doable every day (be it from Square of Storms or Scarlet Square). So can you get a quest from your previous factions NPC every day?

I can't get quest from previous faction, the quest shows up for Sadar but I keep getting told to wait, like I'm trying to get the quest before 24hrs is up.
