Bug Button and Corsar Reputation didnt work

Yesterday (25.08.13) i had to use the Bugbutton, cause i dont get Corsar Reputation. I opend two boxes and finished one Collection and i dont got any rep points.

Then i tried to use the Bugbutton. I was able to wrote something But i wasnt able to sent the Report. (wtf)

So please i wanna have the reputationpoints back. ">
