No warning and no doubt 0 customer service if your gear gets broken, if you were on an eye you paid for, no g returned if you lost out on hop and spoils you were on, probably no response to the thread. When will they realise that they are running a business and the people that play are actual customers?
What are you going to do to reimburse your customers?
On hop, with garuug spoils, say a fight every 2 minutes, average 27s a fight = ??? if you had a chunk left which I did.

Hi I am experiencing an authentication error in game as I was about the start the boss battle for ancient guards I have spent thousands of dollars on this game and yet there is always some sort of issue I expect to be reimbursed You are running a business and I am a customer I expect to be reimbursed when you's are at fault time and time again this happens everyone else is also experiencing this please fix it asap and make sure to compensate for our loses thank you. Agree completely with RF_17, lost almost an hour on hop with spoils bag, way to much gold lost.
