clan hall bug

hi,

my perso is louisecar and iam stuck in clan hall cant move...but my backpack is not full...i cant get out to scarlet square...please help me to get it out ..iam with the clan phoenix...
i have google chrome ...first time i have this message of error...
i will try a refresh...but i try once and it no change...

natsu cannot move either. has cleared cache and not chance. now the reason I'm posting is both me and him have the clan war with elitists still up and saying it will happen even though we surrendered and refreshing and clearing cache have done nothing. I can move but have the clan war part still on my screen.

yeah as surts said the glitch about the war with elitist is still up even though we surrendered ealier, also I can't move either and just when I had gone out of my way to make time to farm please hurry up and fix this coz I'm in a killing mood now ">">

I have been stuck in clan hall now for over 10hrs. my character also cannot move out. I've wasted my imperial pride reward now thanks DE for another wonderful screw-up. ">">

I am glitched as well since the reset yesterday, I can not get into clan hall. I also have an item taking space in my backpack that sold in auction. It was sold but still still shows in my backpack.

day two of the clan hall freeze now i am missing dot all my prey has rotted and i cannot do HoP, Garuug or Farm let's take our sweet ol time fixing it next time. it's not like i pay money or anything in this game....guess i just stop buy reals ....pointless since i can't leave the clan hall

right now louisecar ..i cant access louisecar...when i choose dargonof eternity and click on louisecar ...i have i blacl screen and this message :

AUTHENTICATION ERROR

PLEASE SOLVE the problem i cant access anymore louisecar...but i can access the other alt (hero ) i have with the same account then louisecar...

You're not ;) It was only few players who were having trouble leaving Clan Hall and it is already fixed. As issue is no longer relevant closing thread.
