It might take a long time to get mastery points when using spells sometimes weeks, just keep trying.

No pretty sure it's a bug spent entire daily even using only air spell and then pro quests after not a single mastery, familiar with game and this doesn't seem right.

Well i had the same problem and i asked a guardian that's what she told me.

Make sure sure you have not reached the maximum mastery for your current spell level. You might need to upgrade your electric shock before you'll be able to gain any more of air mastery.

It's currently at 16/40, hasn't went up since authentication error and It's been the only spell I've been using during entire daily events and when doing protector quests, this is either extremely bad luck or due to a bug.

yeah i got the same i upgrade my order magic and i done 3 order eye and have not receive one mastery point

I sent a bug report and the team confirmed it was a bug and fixed it. I'd suggest you do the same if not already done. ">
