I'm not actually interested in the quest, but I checked and it says:

oh, it can't copy, but basically it said that by playing the MOBILE version, slaying monsters of your lvl or HIGHER, and you can get the Arm's Of Lucky Begger Statuette

however, I'm a lvl 18, on a COMPUTER, and killed a lvl 10 Ulcerous Grohl, and got the item :S
