simple necromancer orb not working

as you see from the title, orbs do not work. i did not get anything, no collection piece and no death essence. it did not work in arena and it did not work in duel of truth

this looks like money thrown out of window as they are not cheap, and you need lots of them to get any piece of collection

What level players were you killing? As far as we've checked the Necromancer Orbs are working perfectly fine.

i dont remember, but it was in arena in my bracket, it was few levels lower but should that be a problem if it is same bracket?

While it isn't exactly an issue chances for drops are lowered if you kill a lower level player instead of your own level or higher level one.
