My Quest Was Deleted

I had 10 minutes left on my quest for the essence of shaab - I already gave 750 essences of Earth in and had the shaab essences in my tavern - when i was collecting more for fun up to 741 with 753 in my tavern (i had forgotten earlier) - in the 10 minutes i would have got the 10 essences i needed and completed it - but the shaab quest was deleted immediately when the main clock ran out! How can I get back the quest to complete it?! Else I would have completed it b4 had I known by going to get the essences (i remembered earlier when I checked so I was getting the additional essences for fun) - thx ">

Unfortunately this is how all event's work, if timer on event ends quest is no longer completable.

well it was false information u gave me with the quest timer not the same time as the main timer - pls fix this bug lol - u need to be accurate in providing this information not lead ppl on by saying there's 10 minutes left

Quest timer is partially accurate as you can still turn in the quest if you have all the materials, however as mentioned in my previous reply once any event ends drops for it are no longer available.

I think I know I was surprised - i didn't grab my 753 from the tavern due to the fact that I had in my bag 741 - another kill and I would have handing in the quest and not even needed the ones in my tavern - but deleted without warning!! that's not so fun - other then that it's been interesting - farmed a lot of essences - wasted 750 of course in this quest but still the preparations had been interesting - just handed in my other 750 and now am forewarned to prevent it from happening again - so thx - but pls look into it! for other people next time
