mine list refreshing issue

When a mine opens up,is taken, or someone attacks a mine you get sent to the top of list again if you are watching. the issue is a player was attacking a spot at left bank and it repeatedly refreshed list to top while he was attacking the spot. When he finished attacking spot it went back normal. I tried all the usual refresh and such and no luck.

also all the spots taken by a miner is not showing the miner aka a green 3k or blue 7k miner at spot, just a blank spot where they should be. untaken spots show the ore as normal. also I cannot see underworld, demon fury or elitists clan symbols in near or friends list. it was an elitist attacking spot if that helps at all and those are all the clans that owned a spot at mine I was watching when this happened.
