Bug Report Bug

The "Report A Bug" feature doesn't seem to be working because I keep reporting that the banes and hexes in my pack are no longer active and nothing has been done about it. After I got 37k VG rep and Dahk-Fartul's shop undated with new bane, they went inactive but still take space in my pack. 4 Purple Banes/Hexes that I paid 4.5G for are now worthless and unusable.

Please define what do you mean by in-active as in screenshot taken when sending a message through report a bug as well as message you sent support it was not clear enough to understand what your issue with these banes/hexes was.

inactive = they don't work, not usable, no hex option with them in pack, no number on hex or bane (usable hexes and banes have a number on them), banes not usable in combat, they just sit in pack and can't be used, no clicky-clicky, nada, zilch, zippo, dead, kaput, finito!
