Hello,

Since 3 days now i have the problem that if i use system flash as mentioned in Ihit Optimisation guide i have the a message saying " please update your flash" the only way to connect with Chrome is through the plug-in..

Second issue is that it seems that the game web site takes forever to connect, i put the game in minimal requirement and still having lots of trouble to load the interface.

I checked my connection speed by pinging web sites all around the world i am getting a 12-15 ms response time when i ping the game it is around 900 ms and once out of 4 connections it failed..

I connect from China but still i can connect anywhere quickly except the game..

I tried 4 different browser as follows Opera- Safari-Firefox and Chrome the result is still better with Chrome ( which is very bad)

Many clannies are having connection troubles the last few days.

Is there something that can be done to make our experience less nightmarish...
