As far as we've checked there are no issues with your character. So it's simply bad luck that you have yet to receive a collection piece.

I do think that there is too much luck involved. Some people need max 10 orbs and they get the whole collection, other need 40 orbs just for one piece and the collection costs them fortune. I am not sure that this is fair. As if you have bad luck you have low chances to progress while others just fly through it.

No I think there is definitely something to fix! This is firstly one of the things all day long to do with the game - difficult to get drops and hard to get reps - LoL! But I noticed better chances when high damage more likely - so try to increase your ranking in the fight - doesn't guarantee but chances are better - Also get a little time between bad streaks of maybe more then 3 failed tries and try again after a few hours ">

I did 16 so far now.
0 collections...
how could it be that when I have 1/5 collections - i wouldnt get any more??????

I have tried all ways :
1) Have lots of death essences - have 18k
2) Try during events - did that
3) Do more damage - did that

and what not


YET - 0 COLLECTIONS IN ALL 16+ ORBS USED!!!!!

This is true it's a normal situation in truth - I always said chances were improved only when I got any drops LoL! Because I got more failed tries again and so on - Use the Pit - another suggestion - and use skeletars a lot try using them in AOH too
