Cannot get Hours of Prosperity quest
I've been away for about four months. A few days agao I went to Gal Karion at Scarlet Square to get my Hours of Prosperity quest. Gal Karion says "I know you would see the benefit of this magic. But I require some time to prepare the ritual. You'll have to wait a while."
I've waited a few days and every time I return to Gal Karion, the message is the same. I've tried having coal in my pack in case he needed ingredients: didn't make any difference.
How can I get my Hours of Prosperity quest?
