Mob bug

when summon my dragon to do my protector quest on the level 51 mobs at mines of tagol and only summons one mob, but when i go to kill any other mob it summons 2 instead of one when i summon my dragon... is the level 51 mob just buged or what?

no dragon can only summon a 2nd mob if within 4 lv's of who you are fighting... aka lv 46 dragon vs 51 mobs = 5 lv difference so no summon.

As already explained by Surturs Fire this is intended to work this way and there is no issue/bug here. As answer was already received closing thread.
