Question about Halloween quests

I still have Scarecrows Alight and Barabul the Horror still in my recurring quests shouldn't they have gone away by now?

Same here...and I can finish the quest too if I want. The Effigy is still there.

I expected to be gone by now and the stuff is there but no you can't complete it if anything like how the quest for bridges I had went. I suspect when they remove the emotes from list that is when quests will be gone.
