Bug on insignias back again

I didnt get the insignia quest last night it could be the problem not to get any insignias.
Last time I got the chest key and its reward (it could be useful, I think)

Im using Chrome and clear chache and everything have to do this time.

Could you please be more specific which of two 16-21 incidents you were not getting insignias from as it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

that were not 2 incidents but one with several fights. I got no insignias because I didnt have the Quest for it but idk why I didnot get the Quest itself. It was Sat Nov 23 cc. midnite incident.

It were not two incidents rather one with several fights. I didnt get the Quest so I didnt get the insignias, but idk why I didnt get the quest itself.
The incident was on Sat Nov 23 cc midnite server time.
