Unable to join clan quest

I just joined a clan. I am level 19 and when i try to access the mirrors or necro quest nothing happens and I cannot join the quests.

New clan members cannot attribute to clan quests right away, there is a brief period of time you have to wait before you'll be able to help with clan quests.
