Battlefield bug

I entered the Tournament of Honour, had a flash crash 2 minutes before it starts and had to restart my computer. Log back in and find I am dead.
HOW?
I did not confirm so should not have entered.
THIS IS WRONG!

Please reinstate the damage done to my equipment from what is an obvious error on the games part.

If you confirmed any other battlegrounds you were queued together with tournament of honor - this is the reason you were entered, or it's possible you were sitting in queue for tournament of honor since the last one started and confirmed readiness for previous one. If you do not leave the queue after confirming either of battlegrounds that start after 1 minute confirmation will not be sent again.

I wasn't in queue from previous ToH and had just finished arena, wasn't in any queues and 99% of the time only queue just before the start.
