Does report a bug work?

I reported a bug a few days ago using report a bug and have had no response!
So I will repeat it now.

Sometimes when I enter combat all my pots and orbs are greyed out and can't be used. This has got me killed once by a tracked monster as I only had about 200 health left and couldn't take an elixir so its first attack killed me (thats when I used report a bug).
Also when in PvP if its my go first and I can't use an orb it is very annoying.

Not receiving the response instantly is perfectly fine, also report a bug button does work without problem.

Could you please elaborate which orb are you not able to use?

All orbs and pots are greyed out when I start, after 1st attack by me or them everything is ok, but that doesn't help when a tracked mob has already killed me.
Whilst writing this I entered 7b, and it happened again, I had 1st attack and couldn't use any orb or pot.
