An explanation please

Could someone from the developers please explain to me why I can play other games on my computer that require more power than this and I don't crash, but when playing DE I crash a lot.

I only sometimes have to refresh during normal gameplay but as soon as there is a big fight it gets ridiculous. Just fought in the christmas event; in the first fight I had to refresh once and survived the fight, in the 2nd fight I had to refresh 7/8 times before I was timed out and died. I then had to wait about 15 minutes until the 3rd fight. I managed to clear my 9 hunting traps in this time without refreshing but as soon as I entered the event fight I had to refresh. This time I refreshed 4 times before I was timed out and died.

DO NOT tell me it is my computer or to clear cookies etc. I have been playing over a year and have seen this time and time again. There have been multiple posts in the forums and yet nothing is done.

So an EXPLANATION please.

Please define your crashes, does the player itself crash, server errors or something else that you have to refresh?

Mainly server connection error. Screen just freezes, very occasionally it comes back but not often, it happens a lot when I open a 2nd window within screen like ah or backpack, more often when I open and navigate through the forum/library, but most often in large scale fights; the bigger the fight with bosses/mounts/lots of combatants the more likely the crash. I have even lowered the standard of graphics within the game although my computer can easily handle the graphics involved.
