Insignia of Redeemer was removed from my bag and left me with 2 said quest was completed, did not receive key reward.

It simply means you were automatically credited rewards.

Funny how you have problems with a game, no response. But they'll be darn sure to take youe money if you give it to them. I would like a dev to look into this , help customer sevice.

As i mentioned before you were automatically credited for what was inside chest/it instantly was opened for you when you finished quest and this item removed.
