Does the issue persist after you complete usual steps of clearing cache and trying with different browser?

Actually the error started around Golem of the Mountain Event and persisted all the way through Day of Truth. Then it stopped shortly after that.
(It may have had something to do with the events or maybe however many people were logging on)

Things I tried to fix it: Clearing cache, clearing cookies, Clearing entire history including passwords, Restarting browser, Change game over to a different browser (firefox instead of chrome), Restarting the computer, deleting extra people from friends list (don't know why but it was over full and I thought it was worth a shot).

Then I tried logging on two people at the same time in different tabs to see if the second character was experiencing the same error. The second character ran fine and the main character continued to keep getting the 'server connection error' pop up.

About then I figured that it must be a bug if it is affecting one character and not the other. So I would open up a menu and then open up the "bugs screen" hoping to catch the server connection error popup on the screen. (I also posted in this forum too just in case the popup error didn't show in the screen capture. ( It didn't capture the pop-up btw ..`>< .. )

I'm aware of which pop-up you got as it's common (you can get it simply by refreshing the page) so that's not a problem that you didn't get the screenshot of it. Was it one time occurrence or does it happen every time during these events?

No, that was the first time that ever happened. I did get that error once today by crystal meadow after clicking on the area while in mines of tagol.

While I was in mines of tagol. I clicked on crystal meadow and it gave me the notice. "Oops you have encountered a bug that we are probably already aware of and it didn't move me." Clicked on it again and it went to crystal meadow, but then it gave me the "server connection error" message. (hope that helps a bit)

Its still happening a bit... mainly around that area while gathering crops.

I am logging in from a hospital server while visiting my mom in the hospital, that may also be a contributing factor. (I won't know till I play long enough on my home connection to see if its still happening or not.) It shouldn't affect just one character and not another though...

I think ill experiment later opening and closing menus and walking into different areas with both of my characters around Mines of Tagol and see if that area is a factor.

I asked clan mates if they were having trouble. Zebulan said he was having trouble moving in the western graveyard area and that he kept getting the "opps encountered a bug" and couldn't move. I'll check to see if any of my friends lv 22 -28 had any problems durring the event yesterday or today.

It did it again to my main around the crystal meadow area, and in clan while trying to put simple mana glyphs on auction.
No effect on this char either times. (still keeping her online for testing)

Zebulan's issue is completely different matter if he's still having trouble moving please tell him to send him a bug report using the appropriate button and we'll fix his problem with ''oops'' bug upon moving.
