Mount Health in Sea Battles

I have noticed that the health of your mount is less in the boarding phase of a Sea Battle and it doesn't matter if you win the cannon shootout or not the total health of your mount is less than what it should be is this an oversight or bug everything else gets upgraded to level 70 stats but our mounts health goes down doesn't sound right especially when a lot of us just spent a lot of money on new mounts. Thanks.

Actually level 51-59 gets upgraded to level 60 stats, while lower level players get little bit lesser amount of upgrade due to fact that they have not leveled up yet and higher levels would stay competitive.

How does this explain your mount health being less than normal in Sea Battle wouldn't it be more if stats were upgraded not less or at the very least the same.

Ihit, I don't believe the amount of reduced health is relevant here but it was on the order of around 200 health points I believe. Bottom line, our mounts have less health when starting the boarding phase of SB than they do when starting any other battle and less health than the advertised amount (i.e. we're getting less than we paid for). I've noticed it on my 37k hero mount and my 16k bc mount. DassDass has a 37k hero mount as well. Deathnight69 noted it as well with his 37k bc mount.
