I entered into another computer and I have the same problem, i changed the browser but the same problem remained. Please help me, I love this game, and I do not want to go to another project, but I can not play here, no one is trying to correct the error.

If you are playing through chrome try disabling the 12.x flash player by typing - chrome://plugins in address bar and hitting enter. If you've updated to 12.x disable it from page it opens. Make sure 11.9 is still active and check if still having issues after that.
If not using chrome please mention which browser as well as current version of flash player you are using.
