home pages character login box will not show up on my screen and cant log into any of my characters because of this.

Which browser are you using, also, have you tried clearing cache already? If it shows up you as logged in top-right corner following this link will throw you right into the game:

Me too! But what if your logged in the toon, and ur not able to access ur main?

Clearing cache logs you out and you should be able to see authorization window then.
