We're aware of both issues - timer showing that it's 0 days left to pay clan tax as well as not being able to take out anything of clan chest. We're sorry for all the inconvenience while we look into both of these problems all clans are currently experiencing.

The functionality of dues / clan chest and invites should be working normal now. You can also check out the new interface for clan usage in place of old achievements button. Please note some descriptions will be updated to english soon.
