Clan chest

I am on my clan counsel and have all privileges to our clan hall. My clan leader told me to take some gold out of clan chest for something..I type in amount and hit collect and it returns to add/collect button but nothing happens. I don't receive the amount I typed in. I am on iPad but I didn't think that would matter. He asked me to report and see if we can fix

Which iPad and iOS are you running? By don't receive - you mean you don't get any money at all after you try to hit collect?

Hi Ihit, I am not sure what version he is on, but he means he clicks take money but he doesn't receive it and it is not deducted from chest, i checked he had permission and made him refresh and log out and log back in but it doesn't work still. Is it something to do with Ipad? I know he can't seem to use the invite to clan button either (or actually I don't think it exists)

lots of our clan cant take gold or reals out of chest after given permisson, but only happens to player on ios and android, pc players are fine
