Crashing

Since server crash I'm having constant issues with this game crashing and ONLY this game. Please don't insult me by telling me to clear cache etc when the fault is on DE's behalf so please look into it.

As you already mentioned you've probably already tried the usual steps, however could you please be more "specific" with issues your currently experiencing?
